Hi, I am Heather

For over twenty years, I’ve been guiding and healing people through the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

While I’ll share a bit about my journey, this page is about you. Life has its traumas, twists, and turns. We’ve all faced struggles that leave us yearning for a version of ourselves we know exists

— the one that feels connected, authentic, and free.

That’s where I come in. I’m deeply committed to supporting women who feel disconnected from the version of themselves they long to be. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

I’m a lifelong learner, a truth-seeker, and a woman who has walked through her own fire. I’m also a mother, a massage therapist, a coach, a mystic, a free spirit. I’ve been divorced, found my soulmate, become a stepmom, and shared my life with pets I adore. I’m a believer, a doer, a dream-chaser.

I’ve fallen down and gotten back up.
I’ve loved, I’ve lost, and I’ve risen.

My Perfect Life Appearance

To the outside world, it seemed I had a happy life.

But the reality of my world crumbling showed my true disguise. The man who was supposed to be my prince was really a villain behind closed doors. For years, I succumbed to the narcissistic control of an addict, clinging to false dreams of a happy life. We got married and had a little boy, but when he was almost three, the curtain fell, exposing the villain who tried to physically silence me with abuse.

The shock of this truth shattered the illusion of my “perfect” life.

Shame. Guilt. Fear. Hate.

All these raw emotions flooded me, spiraling me into darkness.

“Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.”

— Albus Dumbledore in Harry Potter

I clung to those words, searching for answers and guidance wherever I could. I stumbled and took wrong turns along the way, but with each step forward, I began to piece myself back together.

Love In The Dark

I never thought I’d trust love again, but healing has a way of surprising us. Meeting my soulmate was a turning point—not just for me, but for our blended family. With my stepson and two more boys we welcomed into our lives, I learned that love, in its truest form, can be messy, complicated, and breathtakingly beautiful.

It wasn’t an easy journey. Blending a family brought its own set of challenges, but it also became a profound lesson in resilience, compassion, and the power of connection. It taught me how to embrace imperfection and how to hold space for both healing and hope.

Broken Heart

Life has a way of testing us, often in unimaginable ways. Just as I thought I was regaining my footing, I was thrust into a new role as a caregiver. My mom, my rock and guiding force, was diagnosed with ALS. Over three years, I watched her strength fade as the disease turned her into a quadriplegic, robbing her of her independence. I was by her side every step of the way, doing everything in my power to comfort and care for her.

That’s when I was intuitively guided to embrace the beautiful soul sisters in the SWAT Institute as I worked through my heartbreak by enrolling in the Women's Master Empowerment Coaching Certification program. For the first time in years, I felt the gentle, powerful embrace of women who understood me.

Slowly, piece by piece, I started to put my broken heart back together.

When she passed, I wasn’t just a daughter grieving her mother—I became a motherless daughter. The depth of that loss, the unbearable silence where her voice used to be, plunged me into darkness again. I missed her love, her wisdom, and most of all, her unwavering support. I realized I also deeply craved the feminine connection I had lost, a tribe of women who could hold me up when I could no longer stand.

Grief Strikes Again

But grief wasn’t finished with me. Three years after my mom’s passing, while I was still caring for my dad, tragedy struck again. He died unexpectedly due to complications at the hospital. I remember thinking, WTF? Now I wasn’t just a motherless daughter—I was an orphan.

Completely shattered, the darkness crept in once more.

“The ones who love us never really leave us.
You can always find them in here   ."

— Sirius Black in Harry Potter

These words from Harry Potter stayed with me. This time, I knew grief differently. From losing my mom, I learned that healing takes time, but it is possible. I held onto that lesson, allowing the light to shine through the cracks of my brokenness.

Finding Joy in the Chaos

In the aftermath of my dad’s passing, I leaned into what I had learned. I honored my grief but didn’t let it consume me. I connected deeply to my mom’s spirit, finding her guidance in small, magical moments. I trusted in the lessons they both left behind: to live fully, to love fiercely, and to rise, even when the weight of the world threatens to pull you down.

Healing traumas. Facing insecurities. Surviving grief. Navigating mystery illnesses. Rediscovering what was lost. Finding me.

Marriage. Moves. Becoming a mother. Becoming myself. Divorce. Falling in love again. Blending a family. Loss. Life. Death. Growth beyond measure. Beautifully messy, gloriously human.

It’s been a journey of tears, setbacks, breakthroughs, and hard-won lessons. Meeting my limits only to rise above them, time and time again.

I’ve learned that true success isn’t
about perfection, it’s about Resilience.

It’s about finding joy in the chaos and rediscovering who you are when the world feels like it’s crumbling.

It’s about becoming your own hero.

First, I had to find this happiness for myself.

Now, I’ve made it my mission to help other women reclaim theirs — to guide them as they heal, rise, and transform into the empowered women they’ve always been meant to be.
